Welcome to HMChem

The following items should appear if your browser is configured correctly to view HMChem. If the items below do not appear, you can still view HMChem, but some of the features will not be available. Information on downloading the correct software can be found in the readme file.

  • A QuickTime movie showing "WWW" changing into "Introductory Chemistry"should appear below. Click on the play button to start the movie.

  • A rotating DNA molecule should appear below.


  • A sample Flash animation with sound should be seen below. Click on the green play button to play the animation. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer you may need to change your Internet Security Settings to Medium or Low.
